[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Access the http://www.be-at.tv/artists/solomun weblink.
3. Open a random video in a new tab.
4. Wait until the tab successfully loads.
5. Observe that the Play Button is not displayed in the right side of the tab.
6. Focus the opened tab.
7. Observe that the video is working (but it was not paused by the Block Playback feature) and the audio is not being outputted.

[Expected result]:
After switching to the opened video tab, the video and the audio is properly outputted.

[Actual result]:
The Play button is not displayed in the right side of the opened tab and after switching to the opened video tab, two things can be observed:
1. The video is still running (The Video was not paused by the Block Playback feature).
2. The audio is not being outputted even if the user forwards the video from the seek bar.

[Additional information]:
Please note that audio works fine if the tab is focused while still loading (After refreshing the tab, the audio is working fine).

We have retested this issue on Firefox latest Nightly and here are the following results:

Not working: Please note that the video is not paused and still plays in the background.
Working: The sound is muted until the tab is focused and the Play Tab indicator is displayed.

We have retested this issue using the following platforms:
Windows 10 64 bit.
Ubuntu 16.04 32bit.
macOS 10.12.2.
Windows 7 64bit.

Alastor, could you take a look at the not working part?

See bug1350947, now we don't support "pause" for NPAPI.

With bug 1352014, block-autoplay is not enabled on 54, set 54 unaffected.
