Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170316213829 Steps to reproduce: Attempt to upload any file to any site. My case happened on Twitter. It should happen on Android 6 or above, but I don't have an Android 6 device to try this out. Actual results: The selected file did not upload nor was chosen. It worked after manually enabling storage permissions in the App Info page in device settings. Expected results: Firefox should ask for permissions to read device storage, then proceed to choose the file and upload it.

Would you try Firefox Beta from the Play store? It has a fix for bug 1337692 which may resolve your issue.

Hello angjinhang, I've also verified your issue while looking at bug 1337692 on the 54.0b2 beta build, it would seem that the issue is no longer reproducible with that fix. Thank you for your submission again and if you have the time please also verify that it's fixed on your end.
