User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
Build ID: 20170316213829
Steps to reproduce:
I visited the Thunderbird HELP area, and followed the process described in the advice provided, but it did not reach the solution required.
Actual results:
After an update, a large number of sub-folders have disappeared. I have looked in the recommended places, but do not seem to recover. The number of sub-folders has collapsed from around 100+ down to around 20. (It is where I store software licences, important emails, etc.)
It may be associated, but a number of icons on the start-up page have also disappeared. I am running Win10 with the old style Win initial page.
Expected results:
I would expect to be able to access the sub-folders.

Which account type is this? POP, IMAP, something else?
If IMAP, is "show only subscribed folders" enabled?
