Ubuntu 14.04 32bit
Ubuntu 16.04 32bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Open the http://www.givemesport.com/ weblink.
3. Open any autoplay video in a new tab.
4. Wait for the tab to load.
5. Click the Mute Tab button.
6. Observe that the audio is not muted and continues to be outputted.

[Expected result]:
After clicking the Mute Tab button, the audio is no longer outputted.

[Actual result]:
The audio is still outputted even if the Mute Tab button is clicked and the tab is displayed as muted.

[Regression range]:
This seems to not be a regression since this issue is reproducible in old Nightly from 2016-11-12.

Mute tab is not related with block auto-play feature.
