For Fedora and RHEL platforms, this issue was resolved by adding the following to the spec file: * Conflicts: tomcatjss < 7.2.1

Elio, Although this bug has been resolved on Fedora and RHEL platforms via changes to the RPM spec file, I suspect that this bug needs to remain open for other platforms such as Debian, OpenSUSE, etc., as I don't think that these platforms use RPM spec files. -- Matt

There's nothing further to change in JSS to address this issue. The solution is to build a new tomcatjss on the platforms that need it.
