Steps to reproduce: 1. Sign in to SUMO (I also tried Staging). 2. Go to Community Admin, then community structure. 3. Drill down to "Firefox Focus" in Mozilla Support English node. 4. Click "Create New" -> Knowledge Base in the menu. Expected result: A box will appear with fields allowing you to enter the name for the new node. Actual result: A box appears but it's empty. I tried this in Staging, Production and Live and got the same result.
