STR:
- Add Required Signoffs for a product+channel
- Try to update a Rule for that product+channel directly
You'll get a pop-up that says "Form submission error See fields highlighted in red", but nothing will be highlighted. This is because the error message for this type of error is in the "exception" key, which doesn't correspond to any fields. We either need to show this in the pop-up directly, or have it show somewhere in the modal.
If bug 1343915 gets fixed, this becomes WONTFIX, because we won't even show the update and delete buttons for things that require signoff.
