Need to follow up on this bug when plugins are fully removed in Firefox 57.

We are back on Kitsune, the support for Flash is going away soon. Firefox 55 Release Publish Click-to-Activate Flash Developer Tools, then in 2020 it will go away for ESR. I would say this is a p2 as it gets closer to the release.

I think this should be looked at again in 2020 when click to activate is not supported in the browser at the beginning of 2019-2020
