Steps to reproduce:

Load a page, sometime also scroll. FireFox 52.0.1 32 bit on Windows 7. Admittedly the page is very large.


Actual results:

A <select> renders as a button (attch)
A checked checkbox renders as an unchecked checkbox
A radio button renders as a checkbox
A scrollbar has scrabbled chunks of an image from the loaded page
Button shows as borderless text input 
When I hover over these elements they correct themselves?!?!


Expected results:

A <select> renders as a <select>
A checked checkbox renders as an checked checkbox
A radio button renders as a checkbox radio button
A scrollbar should have just the slider and plain gray.

Can you provide the page for reproduce? And, can you verify the issue with a clean profile? https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Install-and-Update/Use-the-Profile-Manager-to-create-and-remove-Firefox-profiles/ta-p/2914.

Hi Yang, the pages where I experience the misbehavior are on an intranet application that is behind a firewall so I am not able to share it with you. It may be a memory issue - the pages can be extraordinarily large (a guess being .5 MB or more).
