1350186 - Create an aushelper system add-on that can be pushed to 52.* clients

This is necessary so we can reasonably track the success of this system add-on in telemetry and the reason we can't track the one that came with 52.x is due to bug 1350064.

The version should be bumped from 2.0 to 2.5 so it is easy to differentiate clients that have this system add-on (2.5) pushed to them vs. clients that have the version that was pushed to Firefox 50.x and 51.x (1.5), and the one that came with 52.x (2.0).

Same code as 2.0 from the tree, just bumped the version to 2.5 and set min-maxVersion to 52.0 - 52.*

NI Andrei/Rares - hi there, we have this and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1351082 that need QA.

Would you rather we just put them on Balrog stage, and have you QA from there? Or QA the XPI here, then do it again on Balrog?

Hey Rhelmer, you mentioned that an update to 52 was pushed which had the side effect of adjusting all system addons to their correct versions.. Does this mean this one is not really needed?

It it is the same as aushelper 2.0 that shipped with 52 then probably not.

I did a quick manual check that after a client updates to 52.x and after the next update to system add-ons that the aushelper 2.0 add-on is installed, etc. So, unless if something else comes up that prevents it from installing this bug shouldn't be needed.
