User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0
Build ID: 20170324004022

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to https://expired.badssl.com/

Actual results:

The SSL error shows that the correct date is wrong, and suggests that the clock should be 4 days earlier, which is not correct.

Expected results:

Firefox shouldn't tell the user that the clock is not right, but that the site's certificate is expired.
