After clicking minimalize to tray button, mozilla window hides for a second and
then always pop-up again. No matter what page is currently viewd in window.
Important - this could be foult of NN 6.2 running in background in same time.
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.start Netscape Navigator 6.2 at same time
3.click 'minimalize to tray _'
Actual Results: Windows minimalized for a second an then poped-up again
Expected Results: minimalize window and let it stay minimalized
