Steps to reproduce:

1. Dock dev panel to the side of the window.
2. Open network monitor


Actual results:

The tabs come after "Params" are out of the screen.

The button to hide network details is also out of the screen, and I have to pull the panel to about 2/3 of the screen in order to find the button.


Expected results:

The space of tabs should be able to change depending on the area they have, just like the tool menu at the top.

The button to hide network details should be visible all the time. Maybe there should be an option to squash the request type filters into a drop-down so that there is enough area to display the button.
