Steps to reproduce:

Linux - Firefox for Ubuntu 52.0.1 (64-bit)
about:config
security.insecure_password.ui.enabled
Status: user set 
Value: false
exit out browser


Actual results:

"insecure login" notice keeps popping up even when disabled in about:config.

Verify options in about:config

security.insecure_password.ui.enabled
Status: user set 
Value: false


Expected results:

"insecure login" notice should have been disabled as set by the user in about:config.

Tried security.insecure_field_warning.contextual.enabled to false?
