User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I placed the cursor over the horizontal line that separates the list of messages (above) from the message preview (below): see screenshot The cursor changed to a resize handle, so I clicked and tried to drag the separator up and down Actual results: nothing. The separator could not be moved. I can't **** resize the panels, they are stuck to their current size. Expected results: I should be able to move the separator and resize the two panels.

(In reply to teo8976 from comment #1) > The issue went away after restarting Thunderbird Thanks for letting us know. Usually you can resize the preview pane, but I've seen cases where that gets frozen. If you can reproduce the issue reliable, please let us know the exact steps to reproduce. I'm closing the bug for now, but we can reopen it.

Why are you closing it??? You are actually confirming that the issue exists. That we don't know how to reliably reproduce it doesn't mean it should be closed.

Closed incomplete, that means there is not enough information to act on it. I don't want to repeat comment #2.
