Details

An additional status to keep track of reviewed translations is needed. 

Motivation:
For very experienced translators, we would like to let them write approved translations directly, so they show up in the product right away. Nevertheless, there should be a way to keep track of the translations that are not yet reviewed.
Or a voting state, by number or person.
Priority: -- → P3
Closing in favor of bug 1357499, since it has a lot more information.
