Because reasons, bug 1331551 only set dom.w3c_pointer_events.enabled on Windows Nightly, so a) the wpt PointerEvent tests will all fail on Windows when trunk merges to aurora on 2017-04-17 and b) we're expecting the tests to fail on Linux and Mac when the only reason they fail is that the pref isn't set, so when someone decides to enable it on every platform, they'll be baffled by why they have "failures" in wpt. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=dc97768828a80b781a1632916eac6bf5ac75b5a0 is happy green wpts everywhere with the pref set.
