Steps to reproduce: 1. Open about:addons. 2. Click "Learn More." link that follows "Missing something? Some plugins are no longer supported by Firefox." Actual result: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Mozilla-Support-English/ct-p/Mozilla-EN will open. Expected result: Maybe https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Problems-with-add-ons-plugins-or/Why-do-Java-Silverlight-Adobe-Acrobat-and-other-plugins-no/ta-p/31069 should open.

I just followed your steps and got the correct page. What browser version were you using? On what platform?

Hm, en-US Nightly open the correct page, but ja Release does not. Even the same URL will redirect to different URLs. Maybe UA sniffing is broken?

If the Accept-Language list has "ja" at the top of the list, the plugin EOL page will redirect to the wrong URL. (Go to Preferences > Content > Languages > Choose to change the Accept-Language list.)
Summary: Plugin EOL link is broken → Plugin EOL link is broken if Accept-Language has ja (Japanese) at top of the list.

If the top of Accept-Langeusge is ja, redirects are as follows: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/52.0.1/WINNT/en-US/npapi https://support.mozilla.org/kb/npapi-plugins https://support.mozilla.org/ja/kb/npapi-plugins https://support.mozilla.org/ https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Mozilla-Support-English/ct-p/Mozilla-EN If the top of Accept-Langeusge is en, redirects are as follows: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/52.0.1/WINNT/en-US/npapi https://support.mozilla.org/kb/npapi-plugins https://support.mozilla.org/en/kb/npapi-plugins https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins https://support.mozilla.org/t5/-/-/ta-p/31069 https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Problems-with-add-ons-plugins-or/Why-do-Java-Silverlight-Adobe-Acrobat-and-other-plugins-no/ta-p/31069 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins opens the correct URL while https://support.mozilla.org/ja/kb/npapi-plugins does not, regardless of Accept-Langeusge.

This may be a duplicate of bug 1324426, but moving the product/component over to where somebody appropriate can pick it up.
Component: Add-ons Manager → Knowledge Base Content
Product: Toolkit → support.mozilla.org - Lithium
This should be fixed when bug 1324426 is fixed.

Bug 1350214 was fixed, but the in-product plugin-eol link is still broken (at least in Japan).

:emk : if i am right then this bug needs to be moved to the appropriate firefox component (or this bug needs to be closed and a firefox bug needs to be opened)

1. See bug 1347365 comment #13. 2. We can't fix in-product links in old versions. 3. It's Lithium that breaks the existing links, NOT Firefox. Why do we have to clean up Lithium's mess?
