when using "Open Web Location..." to get a new tab with a URL, you only get a
new tab, but neither the page nor it's URL is displayed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a window with any website
2. activate "File"->"Open Web Location..."
3. enter a URL and click open with "New Navigatior Tab" selected
4. switch to the new tab

Actual Results:  The URL-bar is blank.
The tab displayes "Loading..." but nothing gets loaded.

Expected Results:  The URL-bar ought to display the URL entered in "Open Web
Location..."
The page ought to load.

Workaround:
1. Create the tab first
2. "Open Web Location..." with in current window

Issues first observed in 20020328, but might have been present before as I
haven't downloaded any build between 20020319 & 20020328.

worksforme, solaris trunk build 2002-04-23-22.  Is this still a problem in
current builds?

seems to somehow have fixed itself in RC1 2002041711

am resolving as fixed
