Details

Tested on Mac OS X 10.10, MacBook Pro 10.12, Windows 10x64 using Nightly 55.0a1(2017-03-26). STR: 1. Open FF and load a Mana Confluence page, such as https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/PM/Quantum+Program 2. Click the "Edit" link at the top of the page. 3. Try to click and drag the page's scrollbar. Expected result: The scroll bar color changes on mouseover, you can click and drag it. Actual result: The scroll bar color changes on mouseover, if you want to move it you can't. Note: I'm not sure, but I think there is a bug with this scenario, sorry but I don't remember the number.
Dupe of bug 1344814? Please check if it happens in Chrome as well. If so, then yes it is a dupe.
It is reproducible also in Chrome. I will mark this as a duplicate of bug 1344814. Thanks
