[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Nightly 55.0a1 with a new profile
2.Set "dom.forms.datetime" and "dom.forms.datetime.timepicker" pref to True in about:config
3.Open attached html
4.Choose a different date
5.Reload current page (Ctrl+R)

[Expected result]:
The page should be reloaded and in the input box should be displayed the initial date(the preset value).

[Actual result]:
The page is reloaded and in the input box is displayed the value selected at step 4.

[Note]:
This is not reproducible if the page is reloaded using Ctrl+Shift+R.

I think this is the expected behavior for Firefox. We tend to preserve all user-visible form state as much as possible.
