User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170310133403 Steps to reproduce: Right click a message ->Forward as ->Attachment ->Ctrl+Enter to send Actual results: Popup error message: "sending of the message failed". Errors that appear in the console seem to be addon related, so I disabled addons one by one, but the error persists, and disabling one addon just causes the errors in the console to refer to a different addon instead. Console errors(x2): Timestamp: 27/03/17 15:09:13 Error: mimeEncrypt.js: caught exception: undefined Message: 'undefined' File: undefined Line: undefined Stack: undefined Timestamp: 27/03/17 15:09:13 Error: uncaught exception: 2147500037 Expected results: Message sent successfully (with attachment)
Is it reproducible: 1) in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Procedures-to-diagnose-and-fix/Troubleshoot-Firefox-issues-using-Safe-Mode/ta-p/1687 2) with a fresh profile: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Install-and-Update/Use-the-Profile-Manager-to-create-and-remove-Firefox-profiles/ta-p/2914
I could not manage to reproduce this. I am able to send a message using "Ctrl + Enter". Closing this as incomplete due to inactivity and lack of response from the reporter. If anyone can still reproduce it on latest versions, feel free to reopen the bug and provide more information. Thanks
