Details

Nothing in the tree uses ISO8601DateUtils.jsm. It was removed in bug 543535, then re-added in bug 695345, where bug 695345 suggests readding it "for at least 2 releases, at which point we can move forward with the removal".

Some add-ons may still import this file.
It's still used by a number of add-ons.

We might as well wait until Firefox 59, because WebExtensions won't be able to use it.
