According to https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Procedures-to-diagnose-and-fix/Refresh-Firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings/ta-p/23405, the Refresh Firefox feature saves passwords. That does not happen. I've just done a refresh and lost all of my saved login info. Used ver. 55.0a1 (2017-03-27) (32-bit)
Upon restart of Firefox, the imported login info has appeared. Evidently, there is another glitch here.

Firefox refresh should be restarting the browser already. Did that happen? Can you reproduce this problem if you do this again (with the same profile) ? Or with the profile (backup) that got saved to your desktop?
