Hello Mozilla --
build: 2002040203, I checked on two different installs/win2k boxes.
Unsure if related to bug #118954.
Senario:
1) open web page
2) select content (that will print more than two pages)
3) menu://file/print -- with "print range" specified as "selection"
The resulting output has no top margin on pages #2+ -GA

I see this on Linux too.

Is this still there? I am check it with today's build and it looks fine. Do you

Extremely low risk fix, moving the setting of whether we are printing selection
from "StartPrint" to Reflow so it can take the margnis into acount.

This will only effect the printing of selection, nothing else.
