Steps to reproduce:
-open Address Book;
-click on the new card icon;
-turn JA input on;
-start typing into the first field:
//see apprunner crashing
Two questions.
Is this tested with gfx widget on?
13510 is not reproducable without Japanese input. Does this bug occure randomly?
The widgets are turned on.There are two lines added into Prefs.js file:
user_pref("nglayout.compatibilty.mode", 1);
user_pref(""nglayout.widget.mode", 1);
and it's reproducable for me 100%
user_pref(""nglayout.widget.mode", 2);

should be the entry for the 2nd line.
actually, it is "2" , i just mistyped it here.
Does this not happen without gfx widget on? If so this should go to Ender team.
The problem is : without widgets turned on you can not input JA string for AB
Name. So there no way to test this.

Well, I think we can type Japanese without gfx on but the text is not display
correctly. So we can check for the crasher with gfx off.
Anyway, this looks like gfx widget related, either Ender or tague should look
at. Reassign to tague first.

The crash bu no longer occurs even when you input
Japanese without any ASCII into Address Book card fields.
As far as the AdBook is concerned, this bug has been fixed.
I've noticed the same fix holding for all other mail related
input fields.
