Details

Add-ons like Gecko Profiler want low-level device access to phones connected through WebIDE in order to perform extra operations to pull debugging info, etc.

We can offer this by exposing the WebIDE runtime object that was used to make a connection on the toolbox's target.  From there, low-level objects like the device from ADB Helper can be reached.
