User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Installed thunderbird 45.8.0 Lightning addon 4.7.8 Lightning calendar tabs 1.5 Connect a zimbra calendar to thunderbird (https://zim._company_.ch/dav/_user_/Calendar) Actual results: Everytime I receive a meeting invitation Lighting displays "This meeting contains a Calendar entry which has already been processed" or similar (translated from German). If I go check the zimbra server for this entry I see that lightning has responded with "tentative". Expected results: I want to have accept and decline button on my email to properly respond to meeting invitations myself.

This may be the server automatically adding the invite. Lightning doesn't set TENTATIVE anywhere as far as I know. Can you disable automatic adding to calendar in the Zimbra settings and check if this persists? Also, it would be interesting to see what the ics looks like that comes from the server, you can get it by setting calendar.debug.log and calendar.debug.log.verbose in the config editor.
