Implement the Fist run page (OnBoarding page) in the flow chart[1]. This is the overlay page Verdi mentioned in the previous meeting.

Hi Michael,

Would like to make it clear. The First Run page in the flow chart[1] is the OnBoarding overlay page you takled about in previous meeting, right? If so and we already have the spec, we could up it in the bug.

This is an engineering question, since we would like to add the OnBording overlay into Activity Stream (we memtioned this at today's Onboarding Sync Up meeting), we need to find a good way to let the overlay interact with Activity Stream component.

Mark this bug as a dulplicate of the bug 1354046 because for new users and returning users now it is the onBoarding overlay that should be present to users
