Not sure the Home page in the flow chart[1] is "about:home" or "about:newTab" page?

And do we already have the re-design (maybe visual refresh) spec for Home page?

Since we would like to integrate OnBoarding tour into Activity Stream but it depend on the release date, if we decide to depend on Activity Stream, looks like we don't need to do this bug (at this stage or in the future). Because Activity Stream will replace the new tab (about:newTab) page and home (about:home) page.

Mark this as a duplicate the bug 1322738 because now the landing page is the new about:newtab (done by the bug 1322738) or Activity stream page if it is completed.
