[Affected versions]:
Firefox 52.0.2
Firefox 53.0b7
Firefox 54.0a2
Firefox 55.0a1


[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10 64bit.
Windows 7 64bit.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox Stub Installer.
2. Click the “Install” button.
3. Observe that the installer freezes for approximately 5 seconds when switching from “downloading” to “installing”.

[Expected result]:
The installation is successfully done without issues.

[Actual result]:
Firefox Stub Installer freezes for approximately 5 seconds when the process changes from “downloading” to “installing”.

[Regression range]:
This doesn’t seem to be a regression, since the issue can be reproduced with older Firefox builds 
ex: Firefox 53.0a1.

Mass wontfix for bugs affecting firefox 52.
