Please see bug 1340615. 
It is not possible to tap on the pageControl button. It is possible though to change to the other top sites by swiping left, but the button should be on the right place and work.
This was fixed for master but not for v7.x, sorry for not marking that branch as affected at that time.

This feature is only enabled on nightly and shouldnt appear in the 7.x betas. If it appears in the beta we've got bigger problems ;)

And checked on the simulator too and that is happening there. But yeah on v7.x FirefoxBeta that menu does not appear.
What should we do with the test? Disable it in v7.x Nightly or it will keep failing...just to avoid confusion...

Yea the test can be disabled if you need to for 7.x. The feature will be landing in 8.0 so if its not an issue for 7.x it'll be fine if we just let the test continue to fail.
