This user has requested to have the account deleted in this discussion thread: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Firefox/How-do-I-delete-my-Mozilla-Support-Account/m-p/1383305#M1043254 In the lithium documentation there is a button on the Admin panel that can delete the account, however this is not visible for rmcguigan or vesper. We may need to find the admin that can do this or ask for a Lithium support ticket. Documentation how to close an account: https://community.lithium.com/t5/Default-user-profiles/Close-community-member-accounts-Admin-only/ta-p/255064
Do any of the admins see the button to close a user account with the above documentation?
I don't see that setting in my version of the admin. I think Madalina might have the proper permissions.

Now users will have an option to close their own accounts. Admin can see the "Close Account" button now. However in order to enable a user to close their own account by default you will need to enable these permissions for the default user: https://community.lithium.com/t5/Default-user-profiles/Enable-community-members-to-close-their-own-accounts/ta-p/183375 The link will only work for lithium community members - apologies for the metaphorical CORS.
