As migration is being done automatically now, the migration buttons in the profile manager UI are confusing. They need to be removed.

Gayatri, Is there a UI spec around for me to look at. The migration process has changed from the specs/notes that dbragg gave me months ago. I would like to see what exists now. Thanks, Grace
