Today's opt build Launch Apprunner Shutdown:Standby <standby alert appears> expected result: machine goes into standby actual result: nothing, standby alert remains, machine appears hung workaround: close the app windows manually, machine will then finish going into standby

Seems like this has been working lately, resolving as wfm.
vrfy wfm in a new win98 build, standby works fine
