Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to simplified Chinese input Smart ABC;
2. Find any input area in Firefox 52;
3. Letter keys work fine, but numeric keys such as 1, 2, 3 are not responding(not numeric keyboard, but numeric keys)

System is Windows XP SP3, Firefox 52.0.2. This bug is also present in 52.0.1
You can reproduce this bug in safe mode as well.

Expected results:

They should respond and show numbers when input
