We don't support disabling author styles (i.e. View > Page Style > No Style), which calls into ServoStyleSet::SetAuthorDisableStyle.

As part of this, we should check to see what kinds of rules other than normal author sheets are skipped.  For example I noticed that some presentation attribute rules are skipped:

This is somewhat related to bug 1341721 I guess, where I noticed that presentational attributes thing (bug 1341721 comment 4).
