Steps to reproduce:

enter a journey serach on www.tfl.gov.uk with default options the results 
eg:   from   rm11 1nz   to heathrow airport 


Actual results:

results showed bus only journe7y of 5 hours


Expected results:

should have shown options for rail and underground

when using internet explorer instead the page is displayed properly

This page works as expected here, fastest connection is ~1h 30 min. (A bus connection >5h is listed below that).

Firefox wroks as expected in safe mode.
Note that the previous version of firefox worked fine before the u[pdate to 52.0.2 version,
so the bug must relate to this latest version !

I have also noted odd behaviour on other website when buying something and the 'security panel'
appeared from the visa or amex system (ie blank panel with nothing in it).

Plugins installed (presumably default as I havnt specifically installed them) are:
OPenH264 Video Codec
Shockwave Flash
Widevine Content decrypter

I am using th4 64 bit version,  but had the same problem with the 32 bit version

I have saved a copy of the 'faulty' web page  but  can't see how to attach this to this reply !
Basically the 'fast by prublic transport' header is shown but with no details

I have now opened firefox with the shift key and selected 'refresh firefox' option.
The tfl website now works correctly,  so I can only assume that in the process of upgrading
firefox to the latest version some internal setting was upset which the 'refresh' has cured

Thanks for the feedback _ I had no idea about the safemode or refresh options

Hi Tim,

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on the latest Firefox release or the latest Nightly (55.0a1, Build ID 20170403030207). I followed the steps from comment 0 and after entering both a place of departure and arrival the page shows the fastest way to get there, which contains rails and circle lines. Under that I get the Bus only route (just like comment 1).

Considering that you can no longer reproduce the issue (comment 5), can we consider it as Resolved-Worksforme?

es  I think you can treat this as resolved - it seems to have been an issue when upgrading ( a glitch of some sort)
which has now been sorted by 'refreshing' firefox
