Came back from getting a disk replacement in bug 1350839 and was apparently re-enabled but still has some problems and some jobs failed.

Tried to re-image but the process was not complete, puppet agent did not run.
Need diagnostics and re-image.
host kept failing additional diagnostic tests so it looks like there are other issues with this mac other than the failed drive ive replaced. removed good drive, updated inventory, and replaced mini with decommissioned t-yosemite-r5-0090.test.releng.scl3.mozilla.com.

host is back online.
