1352378 - [PWA] Closing the Nightly task crashes if it has web app tabs opened

Build: Nightly 55.0a2 (2017-03-30);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an installed standalone web app (e.g. housing.com).
*It will open a tab in Nightly too: Bug 1300570
2. Close the task belonging to Nightly from the Android task switcher (with the web app's tabs opened in it). Leave the web app running.
3. Tap the web app task after Nightly has crashed.
4. Restart Nightly from the crash, check that the welcome screen is not shown (on top of restored tabs).


Expected result:
The user should be able to close the Nightly task and keep the standalone web app functioning.

Actual result:
1. Web apps open tabs in Nightly when the browser is opened. (Bug 1300570)
2. When closing Nightly (with the web app's tabs in it), Nightly crashes: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/9e682e16-bdc9-45d6-812f-b3f362170330
3. The web app's task returns a blank white screen after Nightly crashed.
4. Restarting Nightly: the welcome screen is shown everytime (on top of restored tabs).
