Tom, I only see bug 1299241 giving you level 1 access. Level 3 access is required in order to vouch; did I miss another bug?

Alex: According to Comment 7, your account should be set up - I don't think anything else needs to happen.

Ok, so normally this bug could be closed then? (Trying to understand if this was left open intentionally because there's more work to do, or just an oversight :-))

However... |ssh hg.mozilla.org| fails for me with "Permission denied (publickey)." https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/TryServer#Problem_Diagnosis indicates that it should fail with "No Interactive shells allowed here!". Is this the right place to debug this, or is somewhere else better?
