Using the process established in bug 1317260 and documented at the top of the file bedrock/mozorg/templates/mozorg/about/governance/policies/security/certs/policy.html , we need to publish the new Mozilla CA Policy 2.4.1 at the following URL:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/security-group/certs/policy/

The new policy in Markdown form can be found here:
https://github.com/mozilla/pkipolicy/blob/2.4.1/rootstore/policy.md

This document does incorporate a couple of other documents by reference - I think it's probably OK to just link to the Github versions.

So the links near the top of the content to the "Common CCADB Policy v1.0" and the "Mozilla CCADB Policy v1.0" would need changing from the current relative links to, respectively:

and

This was pushed to production around 15 minutes ago. I see it live now, though some CDN nodes may still have it cached.
