For "Tag" feature for comment, allow form history and * (asterisk) for "Automatic Collapsing of Comments" tags.

Thanks for your patience, I'm reviewing the BMO backlog. What do you mean by "allow form history", you mean the previous form values as an auto-suggestion? I'm still unsure of what you mean by "*". Do you mean as a value of a comment-tag? What does that value mean?

I hope to have form history for marking Tag into Comment. An asterisk to label "Automatic Collapsing of Comments" tags would be better.
