How sure are you of that?  At first glance this test doesn't exercise any of the code bug 1455802 touched, and none of the code that bug touched should be producing NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE.

Yeah, I retriggered the few changesets before mine and they're showing the failure too.  At first glance, the failures may be starting with https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=0b5c103fcb70edad6ad01a94385134d047641272&filter-searchStr=debug-mochitest-6 but worth double-checking.

I tried bisecting locally, but locally the test just always fails when run on its own with:

which is not terribly helpful.
Ah, I have to run the test with --disable-e10s to get it to work.  Local bisect then says:
