Open .eml e-mail message attachments in an e-mail window (same type of window as
used when message is double-clicked in the message list), not in the Navigator
browser.   The plain text source is all that is shown when opened in Navigator.
this is so not a mail database issue. It's probably a dup of another bug, but
I'm not involved in that area of the code much so I'm not familiar with the bug...

duping as bug 11076 though I think I could have picked bug 26201 instead.
