Post XUL 1.0, we need a way to do hypertext links in XUL, that supports keyboard
accessibility.

Right now people use <label class="text-link" .../> which isn't focusable, and
doesn't support Enter to activate the link.

It would also be nice if these links could support context menus. Perhaps they
could do a security check on the URL, similar to what's done in metadata.js when
loading a link.

This should be easier now that I made <label class="text-link" .../>  focusable
& support Enter.
