Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start with clean profile, and disable Flash Player if any
2. Open network
3. Load https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/CSS/CSS_layout/Floats
 times (Ctrl+F5)
   --- observe page loading time

Actual Results:
gradually worsened.

The team did some improvements after bug 1309866 (1328553, 1329147, 1329158, 1329165), where the last of them landed on 11th of January (bug 1329165). (I might have missed more of them).

Your perf runs seem to say that the regression from bug 1309866 was fixed (or at least improved) in February, but then was regressed in March.

Can you please check whether you can find a more recent regression range ?
