Now that the one-size-fits-all (well, at least the three major platforms) Read
Me is about done (see Bug 72037 for more info), it's time that the single Read
Me file should be pulled from the same location by all platforms to reduce the
amount of maintenance required to update the Read Me in the future.
Curt, this would be you, then, eh?

Maintaining the readme in multiple locations is probably better than fiddling
with the build process this late in the game so I'll leave this until after we
ship 1.0.

Actually, Mac doesn't include a readme yet so part of resolving this bug will be
to instrament the mac installer to include a readme.

The README packaged with the installer deviated a bit from the standard README,
and I just whacked it really hard, removing Mac/Windows-related material. And I
don't think the README is even packaged with the Mac build.
