1353733 - Logs from Firefox-ui-tests AWS buckets do not display in Treeherder log viewer due to missing CORS header

As Ed pointed out on IRC the CORS header is missing on our buckets:

> "Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://firefox-ui-tests-dev.s3.amazonaws.com/6deb2e29-402a-4bfe-a1e5-058e4ba70cc2/log_info.log. (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing)."

So we need this set for firefox-ui-tests and firefox-ui-tests-dev.

can you test and verify this works and hasn't broken anything else.
if all looks good i'll apply the same settings to firefox-ui-tests.

The error message shown in the log viewer for this case could be clearer. I've filed:
