From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020311
BuildID: 2002031104

Using a "file" type input field, upload a file to a webserver (I am using Zope,
but I do not think this is relevant). The browser appears to keep the file
locked after the upload is finished. I am trying to upload a Flash animation in
which I found a bug. When I tried to "Publish" in flash, it tells me that there
is a sharing violation on the output file.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Upload file to input type="file" form field
2.Try to over write file

Actual Results: Sharing violation.

Expected Results: The file should be unlocked

When the browser window that performed the upload is closed, the lock is released.
